Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it anytime within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply call 800-866-5353 or e-mail CustomerService@specialized.net and request a Return Goods Authorization (RG) before shipping. All returned items must be in original condition with original documentation and uninitiated software (if applicable). You will be supplied helpful return instructions when the RG is requested. It’s that simple!

Warranty

Each product you purchase from us is backed by the full (limited) original manufacturer’s warranty that guarantees your purchase for an additional period of extended warranty depending on the policies and warranties of each specific item and original manufacturer.
