EXFO FTB-7300E Singlemode Metro OTDR Module

Model FTB-7300D-034B-EI-EUI-91 is an EXFO Dual-Wavelength Singlemode Metro OTDR Module for the FTB-200 platform. It's designed to meet the testing requirements brought by fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks in general and to optimize Passive Optical Network (PON) testing in particular. This FTTx-ready module also has point-to-point testing capabilities. The 40-Gbit/s-ready unit provides metro and long-haul network testing capabilities. It helps you boost test productivity for inside-plant applications. Get the shortest dead zones in the industry. Exceptional 1-meter event dead zone enables easy location and characterization of all events between transmitter and central office's fiber distribution panel. Attenuation dead zone is 4.5 meters for singlemode fiber.
The dual-wavelength SM Metro model has 1550/1625-nm (9/125-µm) wavelengths and 37/36 dynamic range. Includes a UPC/SC connector. Order FTB-200 platform separately.
