Thomas & Betts' heat-shrinkable tubing, boots and end caps are made of thermally stabilized cross-linked polyolefin designed with a 3-to-1 shrink ratio. This provides a recovered wall thickness greater than that of the jacket cable replaced. Insulating covers have internally applied sealant and offer protection against moisture. May be used over steel, lead, aluminum, copper, standard plastic and elastomeric insulating materials.
With field-proven reliability, these insulators are rated to 600 volts and 90 degrees Celsius. Tubing is now listed for direct burial per UL 486D to meet most environmental and temperature conditions.
Includes these connectors: 36 3/16'' x 6''; 24 1/4'' x 6''; 12 3/8'' x 6''; 6 1/2'' x 6''; 4 3/4'' x 6'' plus 4 1'' x 6''. All pieces are black and are packaged in a clear polyethylene case. The 6-ounce unit is 10.75'' x 6.5'' x 2''.
