The Jonard JIC-4366 Cable Sheath Stripper and Ring Tool is used for butting and stripping buffer optical fiber cables. One blade butts the PVC sheathing while the second blade strips the sheathing. This cable stripper is adjustable for 0.018'' or 0.031'' thick plastic, rubber or fabric insulation with a blade that can be reversed to provide a new cutting edge. The ring at the end of the tool fits around the diameter of the cable to remove the jacket. One spare blade of each style is included. It measures 6.2'' x 2.5''.
