The Miller Fiber Optic Cleaver produces extremely precise cleave lengths from 6.5mm to 20mm. Creates endface angles of less than 3° and cleaves 125-µm optical fiber with 200-µm or larger buffer. After cleaving, it holds fiber for safe disposal. A carbide blade yields consistent cleaves for up to 1000 uses. Compatible fibers include glass fibers with 125-micron nominal cladding dia. Accommodates fibers in coated as well as cable form. Measures 5.125" x 1.75" x 1.5".
