PH1200K Master Appliance Proheat Varitemp Heat Gun Kit

Master’s PH-1200K is a PROHEAT® VARITEMP® Heat Gun Kit. The PH-1200-1 heat gun features a compact, ergonomically designed Lexan® housing, enclosed ceramic heating element and wrap-around air intake for a lightweight, easy-to-use flameless heat source. It’s ideal for working with shrinkable packaging materials, spot-drying paint, bending plastics/laminates and activating adhesives.
Features built-in hand and switch guard with oil-resistant grounded Neoprene three-wire cordset. The dc permanent magnet motor is compatible with all electrical frequencies. Airflow of 15 CFM at 3650 FPM meets requirements of most materials. Nozzle opening diameter is 1.3".
Versatile heat gun offers self-limiting variable temperature control. Dial any temperature from 130° F to 840° F. Solid-state electronic thermostatic control maintains lockable pre-set temperature and prevents heat back-up or overheating when airflow is restricted. This VARITEMP® version features hanging loop for assembly line use and 6" cord.
The PH-1200K kit comes in a rugged plastic storage/carrying case with identified slots for the heat gun and each of the five included attachments. They are shrink tubing and spreader, 9/16" reducer and 5/16" pinpoint reducer plus specialty reflector for terminating crimp and seal or solder and seal specialty connectors. The 1.7-pound PH-1200-1 tool is 8.25" x 3" x 7.3".
