Cementex RCC750 High Voltage Ratcheting Cable Cutter is double-insulated and tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This high leverage ratchet cable cutter with shear type blades cuts 100 pair telephone cable, stranded and flexible 2/0 copper and 4/0 aluminum cable up to 750 MCM or a diameter of 1.6" (40mm). Features built in safety release in all cutting positions, locking mechanism for safe transport and high-visibility comfort-grip handles. Length is 9".
