product, how do I know which one is correct?
A. The web site always has the most current prices.
Shipping Questions
Q. Does SPC have a shipping charge?
A. Yes. It varies depending on shipping method.
Q. What methods of shipping do you offer?
A. Federal Express, UPS, DHL and Parcel Post.
Q. After I place my order, how long will it be before it
is shipped?
A. If in stock, your order will be shipped in one or two days.
Q. What's the quickest way to get my order?
A. Request our overnight delivery option. Call or FAX your order
before 4:30 p.m. CST any weekday, and add just $29.95 ($39.95
for Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii) for shipping. We will deliver
your order to you the next business day. Items with
an SF (Surface Freight) Only notation are excluded from this overnight
delivery offer.
Q. Can my order be overnighted to a rural area?
A. Our $29.95 next-day delivery option is provided by Standard Overnight
Service. If the carrier does not offer this service into your area (mostly
rural), then we will ship via Second-Day Air. Please contact the
SPC Sales Department at (800) 866-5353 if you are unsure of the service
into your area.
Q. Can you ship my order to a different address from my billing
address?
A. Yes.
Oversized/Surface Freight Items
A few items in our catalog cannot be shipped overnight under
our $29.95 plan because of size restrictions OR Federal regulations
that may require special handling. These few items are indicated
by an

notation and will be assessed an additional rate charge.
Normally, this type of order is shipped via ground service.
However, if you need any of these items shipped overnight, please

Billing Questions
Q. What methods of payment do you offer?
A. Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American
Express), C.O.D. and open account (net 30 days).
Q. When will my credit card be billed?
A. After your order is shipped.
Q. Can I have my order shipped C.O.D. to my home?
A. No. We ship C.O.D. to established firms only (company check
or certified funds). A C.O.D. charge of $6.25 for UPS and $7.50 for FEDEX
per box will be added to the cost of your order plus shipping charges.

Q. Are my transactions secure?
A. Yes. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and a secure server
ID from VeriSign, Inc.
Q. How can I be sure the site is secure?
A. You can view the site certificate by right-clicking on the

Q. Why can't I add anything to my shopping cart?
A. Make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser, or you
will not be able to order on-line from SPC.
Returns and Claims
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your
purchase, simply return it to SPC within 30 days. We will exchange it or refund
your money - period. No Exceptions! We ask only that you contact the SPC Sales
Support Department at (800) 866-5353, Ext. 101 to obtain a Return Goods (RG)
authorization before actually sending it back and that you return it to us in
its original packaging with a copy of the packing list or invoice so we can make
sure that we handle it to your complete satisfaction.
Additionally, every
product you purchase from Specialized Products Company carries a full factory
warranty that guarantees your purchase for an additional period of time up to 90
days, one year, five years, 10 years or even a lifetime (depending on the
product and the manufacturer)! Please refer to the specific product information or contact the SPC Customer Service Department

possible limitations of individual factory warranties.
