GSA Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I place a GSA order?
A. Add items to your shopping basket on our website, or call Government Sales at (800) 866-5353 Ext. 106 or (817) 329-6647 Ext. 106 and any of our sales staff can help.

Q. When is my GSA discount applied to my order?
A. At the end of your order. After making your selections, choosing shipping method and entering your government credit card number, click on Finish Order. Then your discounted pricing will appear, reflecting your GSA deductions.

Q. How do I order if I don't have a government credit card?
A. Use a Net-30 purchase order. To do so, you must call Government Sales at (800) 866-5353 Ext. 106 or (817) 329-6647 Ext. 106.

Q. What is the minimum order?
A. $100. If your order is under that amount, you will have to continue as a non-GSA customer or add items to your order until it exceeds $100 to get the contract rate.

Q. Does a shipping charge apply?
A. Not if ground service is used within the 48 contiguous United States.

Q. What if I require an alternate shipping method?
A. Specify shipping choice. All other methods are pre-paid and add FOB Southlake, TX. Use the Comments block for special handling and delivery instructions.

Q. What if I need further explanation or assistance with my GSA order?

Q. When and why should I contact SPC's Government Sales Manager?
1. If your order requirement is over your GSA credit card limit.
2. When you want to put a large order on a blanket purchase agreement (BPA).
3. If you need a non-stock item that you want to re-order on a regular basis.
4. When you're in a foreign location and need help with forms, paperwork, etc.

Terms: FOB in continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico additional). No extra charge for inside delivery within consignee premises. Expedited delivery via Fed-Ex ® , UPS, DHL, etc., available at prevailing rates. Shipping time is 30 days ARO. Most items shipped within 24 hours (inventory dependent).
Standard: commercial pack (additional charges for Mil-Std packing and labeling or other special packaging).

Prices shown are subject to a GSA contracted price of "Last Column Pricing" (largest qty. price break) less 5.25%. Additional 1% prompt payment discount will be applied to each order using a Government Credit Card payment.
