Cementex P8D2H High Voltage Double-Insulated Diagonal Cutting Pliers are tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This heavy duty hardened diagonal cutting plier is designed for gripping and cutting thicker gauge wire. The cutting edges are treated to an additional annealing process to increase their hardness giving them extra cutting strength. Feature high-visibility ergonomic comfort-grip handles with slip guards. Length is 8".
