Cementex P9CC High Voltage Double-Insulated Cable Cutting Pliers are tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This high leverage cable cutter with shear type blades cuts 100 pair telephone cable, stranded and flexible 2/0 copper and 4/0 aluminum cable. Features built in safety release in all cutting positions, locking mechanism for safe transport, induction hardened cutting edges for long life and high-visibility ergonomic comfort-grip handles.
