Cementex SA351 High Voltage Double-Insulated Scratch Awl is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This insulated scratch awl scribes metal, starts screw holes, and performs a variety of piercing and punching jobs. It is 6" in length and has a cushion grip handle for greater comfort.
