Jonard MS-326 Microduct Fiber Cable Slit & Ring Tool, 5.0-10mm

The Jonard Tools® MS-326 Slitter and Ring Tool is designed to perform a ring or slit cut on microduct fiber cables and remove a thin wall jacket without causing damage to the buffer tubes inside. It is used for the Corning MiniXtend Fast Access Binderless, HD MiniXtend cables and other similar styles. The MS-326 offers both slitting and ringing blades, 5 precision slitting grooves and 5 ring grooves, marked with the cable size (5.0-5.6mm/ 6.0-6.6mm/ 7.2-7.8mm/ 7.8-8.4mm/ 9.4 - 10mm). For a longitudinal cut the tool has the marks on the side to align the blade inside the ridges of the cable. The arrow on the top indicates rotation or pulling direction.

The MS-326 slit and ring tool measures 2.87" (73 mm) x 1.5" (38 mm) x 2.1" (53.5 mm) and weighs .24 lbs (108.9 grams). To replace the slitter blades order the Jonard MSB-5010 Replacement Blade Set (054x505).
