FIBER CONNECTOR ADAPTERS
FiberXP Fiber connector adapters are also referred to as fiber optic couplers. They are used to provide a cable to cable fiber connection. FiberXP connector adapters are used to connect the same type fiber optic connectors, while hybrid adapters connect different kinds of fiber optic connectors. FiberXP offers a complete line of adapters for fiber optic connections, including ST, SC, FC, LC, MTRJ style fiber optic adapters for both multimode and single-mode fiber applications. We also offer fiber adapter plates for ST-, SC-, MT-RJ- or LC-type connections.
FIBER PATCH CABLES
FiberXP fiber patch cables are available in 9-micron Single Mode, 62.5-micron OM1, 50-micron OM2 Multimode, and 50-micron OM3 Laser Optimized Multimode options. These low cost patch cables feature high-quality ceramic ferrules and PVC jackets making them the smart choice for high-speed data transmission and to cover all of your networking needs. Our fiber optic patch cables, terminated with combinations of FC, SC, ST, LC and MTRJ fiber optic cable connectors, are available in simplex and duplex styles.
FIBER LOOPBACK PLUGS
FiberXP Fiber Optic Loopbacks feature single mode (9µm) and multimode (50µm /62.5µm) loopback plugs designed for equipment testing, self-testing, engineering, network diagnostics and measurement applications. Known also as loopback adapters, loopback cables or fiber optic loopback modules (incorporating two fiber optic connectors) these devices are typically used for testing the transmission capability and receiver sensitivity of network equipment. A high optical performance is achieved due to a precision ceramic ferrule.
