Tempo 701K-G Tone and Probe Kit, Alligator Clips

The Tempo Communications 701K-G Basic Tone and Probe Kit offers the 200EP-G probe and 77HP-G tone generator along with accessories. It is optimized for identifying single conductors and cables within a bundle or at cross-connection points and remote ends. The 200EP-G probe has a nominal gain of 30dB, an input impedance of approximately 100MΩ, plastic tip resistance of 300Ω, and an approximate battery life of over 50 hours. The probe also includes features such as a 3.5mm stereo plug, headset jack and an LED flashlight. The 77HP-G tone generator contains a 4.6 VDC talk battery with 10dBm output power, 10kΩ resistive short visual indication, 200Ω resistive short audio indication, 150 VDC voltage protection, and a battery life of more than 50 hours. The tone generator supports an audible continuity test, external warble select and a RJ11/RJ45 built-in socket.

The 701K-G test kit includes the 200EP-G probe with plastic and metal tips, 77HP-G tone generator with alligator clips and a cordura pouch.
