The Ideal® 61-765 660A AC/DC True-RMS Clamp Meter, with TightSight® bottom display and 1.42" jaw size, is designed to make hard-to-reach measurements more convenient for testing in a variety of industrial & commercial environments. Clamp Ammeter will measure AC/DC current to 660A, AC voltage to 750V, DC voltage to 1000V, resistance to 9999µ, capacitance to 1000µF, continuity to 1000µ & frequency from 20-400Hz.
The 61-765 clamp meter comes with test leads, alligator clips and carry case. Two-year warranty.
The IDEAL® 61-765 TightSight TRMS AC Clamp Meter is a handheld testing device used for troubleshooting or evaluating commercial and industrial electrical installations with true RMS. It is capable of measuring AC current up to 660A at 2% accuracy, DC current up to 660A at 2% accuracy, AC voltage up to 750V at 1% accuracy, DC voltage up to 999.9V at 1% accuracy, resistance up to 9999Ω at 1.5% accuracy, capacitance up to 999.9µF at 5% accuracy, continuity up to 999.9Ω, and frequencies between 20 to 400 Hz at a 0.5% accuracy. The clamp meter features peak hold, max/min, data hold, audible continuity, selectable auto power off, low batter indicator, backlit front display, and a TightSight bottom display for safe readings. The TightSight ammeter makes use of high frequency rejection to provide accurate results and carries CAT IV and CAT III ratings.
