The Cementex D11PTSH high voltage double-insulated screwstarter is tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. This 9-3/4" long #2 Phillips head screw holding screwdriver grips, seats and removes screws in and around hard to reach locations. Features a spring loaded tip which releases with a twist and an insulated high-visibility handle with cushion grip. Also available with a slot tip.
