Jonard MS-306 Mid Span Slit & Ring Tool, 1.2-3.3mm

The Jonard Tools® MS-306 Slitter and Ring Tool is designed to perform a ring or slit cut on simplex, loose tube and distribution fiber optic cables. It will remove a thin wall jacket without causing damage to the buffer tubes inside. The MS-306 offers both slitting and ringing blades, 6 precision slitting grooves and 6 ring grooves, marked with the cable size (1.2-1.5mm/ 1.5-1.8mm/ 1.8-2.1mm/ 2.1-2.5mm/ 2.5-2.9mm/ 2.9-3.3mm). The arrow on the top indicates the pulling direction for longitudinal cut, on the opposite side - rotation for radial cut, and the line indicates the blade location. Each blade is good for making up to 5,000 slits/cuts.

The MS-306 slit and ring tool measures 2.87" (73 mm) x 1.5" (38 mm) x 2.1" (53.5 mm) and weighs 0.25 lbs (0.11 kg).
