Tempo FIP100 KIT Automated Fiber Inspection Probe Kit

The Tempo Communications FIP100 Fiber Inspection Probe Kit is used to verify connector cleanliness before connecting and certify connector condition on installation, plus document connector damage when troubleshooting. It automatically focuses, captures an image of the endface, and provides a pass/fail result with a single button press. The status of the connector is reported via a red/green LED on the probe. The analysis is based on industry standards IEC 61300-3-35, IPC-8497-1, AT&T TP-76461 and user-defined criteria. With the iOS or Android app, you can see detailed results, generate and share PDF reports. Both apps are pre-loaded with pass/fail requirements from IEC 61300-3-35. Interchangeable adapter tips support fiber connector inspection of patch cords and bulkhead-mounted connectors, PC/UPC or APC polished end-faces. The probe comes with an SC/UPC bulkhead fiber inspection tip.
