The Specialized Products SPC820 Insulated Combo Ratchet Kit offers Cementex double-insulated SAE and metric 12-point standard sockets, 3/8" square drive reversible ratchet wrench, plus 3" and 6" extension bars. All tools are tested to 10,000 volts and rated for use up to 1000 volts AC and 1500 volts DC. Included sizes: SAE 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4" and 13/16"; metric 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm, 16mm, 17mm, 18mm and 19mm.

The tools come in a zippered pouch and driver roll pouch. The kit also includes a Class 0 Type II ozone-resistant EPDM synthetic rubber blanket for hot work applications (rated to 1000V). The superior quality dielectric blanket is manufactured in the U.S. and tested in strict accordance with current ASTM D1048 specifications. The low-voltage insulating blanket measures 3' x 3' and weighs 2 lbs.
