The BURNDY® W8CVT Stainless Steel W-Die Set works with #8 AWG wire and is color-keyed RED for easy identification. It is used with MD6, MD7-34R, OUR840, BCT500HS and Y500CTHS crimping tools. The die will snap easily into the jaw grooves of the crimper. The index number 49 is engraved in the crimping groove to emboss the finished connection. It simplifies inspection and verification of proper installation.
