Xcelite S55SNN Pliers, Semi Flush Standard Oval Head Cutter, 5"

The Xcelite® S55SNN 5" Semi-Flush Standard Oval Head Cutter has a regular beveled edge to handle a wide range of electronic assembly requirements. Use this diagonal cutter on 22-gauge soft copper wire and 18-gauge steel wire with a 200,000-psi maximum tensile strength. Cutting edges are machine ground and electronically hardened. The head is forged from high-quality alloy steel for maximum strength and durability. Patented copper alloy rivet construction eliminates steel-to-steel friction. A smooth, easy-working, corrosion-proof joint maintains perfect cutting edge and tip alignment for operational consistency. Handle coil springs provide fast cutting action and reduced user fatigue. This tool is precision ground to close tolerances, individually finished and tested to ensure exact fit of jaws. It features a polished head with gun metal handles and green cushioned grips.
