AFL S018616 Precision Strip Replacement Heater Cartridge

The AFL S018616 Replacement Heater Cartridge, an accessory for the Precision Strip Tool, is used to heat and soften material before stripping optical fiber, making the whole process quick and easy. An integral heating element is activated when handles are closed. The heater oven accommodates up to 2" maximum strip length.

NOTE: Heater unit heats continuously when handles are closed. Do not hold handles closed for longer than 20 seconds. Overheating can damage the tool. Do not touch the heater oven while in operation. Allow to cool before removal and cleaning.
