The Specialized Products SPC450 Scotchlok IDC UR Connector Kit is designed for splicing 19-26 AWG communication wires. UR connectors, filled with a corrosion-resistant sealant, allow branching or bridging applications. A "U" contact clamps down on the wire, strips the insulation and grips conductors. The long nose pliers have a crimping slot, side cutter, multi-purpose serrated jaw behind the hinge and a .030" skinning hole for wire stripping. The crimp/strip tool combines terminal crimper pliers, a wire/ screw cutter and wire strippers to crimp, strip and cut insulated and non-insulated terminals (10-22 AWG), gauge wire sizes and measure stud sizes.

The SPC450 kit includes 100 gel-filled UR connectors (color coded RED), 7" combination needle nose pliers, wire stripper/ crimper, multi-bit 6-in-1 screwdriver, 3/4" x 60' black vinyl electrical tape, flashlight and a pouch with semi-detachable flap to fit over a belt.
