The G100/R3278INS Insulated Manual Wire Wrapping Tool is combined with a Wire Wrapping LED Flashlight to add the convenience of task lighting when working in poorly lit areas. Flashlight mounted on a bracket is positioned on top of the hand-operated tool to illuminate the work area. No adjustments are necessary.
This handy tool features the rugged durability of all-metal construction with the safety of an insulated material that provides 1000-volt dielectric strength across most of the housing. It delivers up to 10 revolutions per trigger squeeze and accommodates 18- to 32-AWG wire sizes. Improved gear and internal chuck assembly prevent stripped gears. Sturdy internal drive mechanism that holds and turns the bit is built for extended wear and durability. To turn flashlight on, rotate end knob clockwise. Use counterclockwise motion to turn it off. To replace battery, unscrew knob counterclockwise and remove. Install new battery, replace knob and turn it clockwise.
Chuck-style collet makes installation and removal of interchangeable industry-standard 3" and 5" bits and sleeves easy. Using OK insulated sleeves minimizes shorting between main frame pins and other equipment. Bits and sleeves must be ordered separately.
