IDEAL 86-925 IDC 3-Wire UR Butt Splice Jellybean Connectors, 100

The IDEAL® 86-925 UR Red IDC 3-Wire Butt Splice Jellybean Connectors offer one-step splicing for repairing wires and adding wire to an existing circuit in voice and data, landline telephone applications. The UR splice IDC connectors are designed for solid copper single-conductor 19-26AWG wire with max insulated O.D. of 0.066" (1.68mm). Use 1 port to terminate the end of unused wire as an end cap, 2 ports to repair a broken wire or extend a single run, and 3 ports to tap an existing run into a new location. Just insert unstripped wires and crimp with the Kinetic Super IDC specialty tool (IDEAL 33-719 Telephone/Data Cable Splice & Repair Kit) or any equivalent parallel jaw crimp tool.

The UR creates a permanent connection, once crimped it cannot be reused. The internal moisture-resistant sealant protects wires from corrosion, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Color coded RED. Sold 100 gel-filled connectors.
