Klein Tools NCVT5KIT Dual Range NCVT and GFCI Test Kit

The Klein Tools® NCVT5KIT Electrical Test Kit offers a dual-range, non-contact voltage tester with a bright integrated laser pointer and GFCI receptacle tester. With visual and audible signals, the NCVT-5A automatically detects and indicates the presence of low voltage and standard voltage (12-1000V AC/ 70-1000V AC) in cables, cords, circuit breakers, light fixtures, switches, outlets and wires. It is also used to detect AC voltage in doorbells, thermostats, low voltage lighting and irrigation systems. The receptacle tester will troubleshoot the most common wiring problems in standard and GFCI receptacles, and confirms operation of the ground fault protective device. Identified conditions: wiring correct, open ground, reverse polarity, open hot, open neutral, hot/ground reversed.

The NCVT-5A non-contact voltage tester meets CAT IV 1000V standard. Laser: Class 3a, 630-670nm, Max Power <5mW. 2x AAA batteries are included.
